The first wine of 2010 arrived this morning at 8:00am. Jordan Harris, the GM and winemaker at Tarara Winery, delivered to us our first metric ton (1000 liters) of Seyval Blanc wine. The wine is at about 10% ABV, and because of the drought this year, the flavor and acids are EXCELLENT! We are so excited to get starting on our first grape brandy.
