D.A.R.E. is Drug Abuse Resistance Education, a national program to teach kids about the perils of drugs and alcohol. The program is run by Deputy Wyant, of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The kids worked with Deputy Wyant for many weeks, and today was their graduation from the program.
