Roundstone at Two Weeks


Roundstone Rye has been in the barrel for only two weeks, and it is already pulling out nice color.  The taste is still a little harsh--clearly, the spirit is not ready for prime time--but I do like the color thus far.  There's actually a rosiness that doesn't come through in the photo above, just a slightest hint of pink.
