Blue and Gold Banquet

Saturday night was our Blue and Gold Banquet celebration and dinner at the boys' school. We had something like 200 people show up for the night, and even had the featured Magic of George Bradley. The boys' really enjoyed the magic show, and Mr. Bradley's magic was really good!

We had our usual advancement ceremonies, with Luke earning Wolf, Eddie earning Webelos, and both boys earning their religious emblem knots.

The boys competed in a centerpiece decoration contest, and, as unfair as it may seem, my den didn't win! Aaron and Becky's den won with a last minute, no effort at all put into it, sawing a horse in half display. Hmmph!
