Body For Life Update
Yes, it's been a while, but I'm still maintaining my Body for Life routine. Today marked a new milestone. I am now able to lift more than my own body weight. My weight has held steady at 185 pounds (or over 13 stone, as it were), and I can now squat 200 pounds. Glutes of steel!
That should do nicely if I want to toss the caber this summer. (Seriously.)
But as for today, I'm sore as hell and will probably just nurse my sore muscles with Naproxen and hot coffee.
