Monster Mushrooms

With all the rain we've had (pretty much non-stop since Hurricane Irene), and with the bountiful supply of spent mash, we have a bumper crop of MONSTER MUSHROOMS! These babies are around 12" in diameter! I am trying to figure out if I can eat them.
